Are all products on the Halal Wagyu Shop website halal?
All products that Halal Wagyu Shop offers online are all 100% halal. The products have been selected with great care. All our suppliers are periodically tested by independent halal certification bodies. View all our halal certificates on our home page.
What happens to my order if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, our delivery service Trunkrs will deliver your package to your neighbors. The delivery person will inform them that there is chilled food in the package. You will receive a notification that the package has been delivered to the neighbors via Track & Trace & by email.
Where do you deliver?
Our orders are delivered throughout Flanders, Brussels, the Netherlands, with the exception of the Wadden Islands.
We do not deliver in Wallonia. You can expect your package in the afternoon. Are you ordering for more than €100? Then your order will be shipped free of charge. If you order for less than €100, the shipping costs are €10.
When will my order be delivered?
If you order before 9:00 AM, it will be delivered the same evening! (on the indicated delivery days). You can also indicate during the ordering process on which day you would like your order delivered.
Orders are delivered with Trunkrs on working days (Monday to Friday) between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM (excluding public holidays). You will receive a time window from Trunkrs around 4 p.m. within which delivery will take place.
With the Track & Trace data sent you can easily track the package online. You can provide any delivery instructions to the driver via a live chat or via Trunkrs customer service. You can ask any questions about the delivery of your package to Trunkrs customer service once you have received your Track & Trace.
Can I also collect my order from you?
Of course it is possible to pick up your order in our store in Antwerp! Select the 'collection' option for the shipping method. Once you have placed the order, you can usually pick up the order within one hour. Please pay for your order in advance via the website, this is a collection location and not a physical store.
Collection is possible from Thursday to Sunday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

What if my package is not delivered?
Your package will be delivered with our Trunkrs delivery service. Trunkrs guarantees that 99% will be delivered correctly and on time, but it can of course happen that things go wrong.
If something goes wrong in the delivery person's route, the package will be returned to the Trunkrs collection point and the order will be kept cooled or frozen. The package will then be offered the next day, and the package will be returned during the weekend.

What if my package is lost?
Has your package been lost? Don't panic, you can easily start a chat with customer service via Trunkrs Track&Trace (which you received by email), they can see where your package is. If you cannot reach an agreement with them, please contact us. We will then start an investigation together with our delivery service. We will also come up with a suitable solution.
How can I pay? Or my payment has failed.
Payment can be made with all major payment systems. Including: iDeal - Credit card - Klarna (Pay afterwards) Mastercard - Visa - Amex - Bancontact.
If your payment has failed, please try another payment method. If it still doesn't work, please contact us immediately. We will then take a look with you and see if we can solve the problem immediately.
What are the shipping costs you charge?
Orders from €100 will be delivered to your home free of charge. Are you ordering less than €100? Then the shipping costs are €10.
How is the meat packaged?
Most products are vacuum packed. This means that the air and therefore also the oxygen is extracted from the packaging. This may cause the color of the meat to change. When you open the package, it returns to its original color. This is a completely natural process and ensures that the product remains fresh for longer.
Can delivered meat still be frozen?
Once the meat arrives, we recommend consuming it within 5 days. Freezing is possible, but we recommend doing so immediately. We work exclusively with fresh Halal meat.
Why does the shelf life of the original packaging differ from the shelf life of Halal Wagyu Shop?
The shelf life given in the packaging of the larger pieces of meat is longer than the shelf life that we as Halal Wagyu Shop provide. This is because the shelf life in the packaging is based on a storage temperature of 0°C. In most people's homes, the temperature of the refrigerator is about 4°C. Then this shelf life no longer applies. We recommend a different shelf life at this storage temperature. Our advice is to always adhere to the shelf life that Halal Wagyu Shop indicates on the packaging.
How is my order packed?
Your order will be delivered by our delivery service Trunkrs. We pack your order in the EcoCoolBox. This is a sustainable cool box, made from 100% paper and recycled cardboard. This special cool box is designed to transport the meat in perfect condition for more than 10 hours. You can give the box completely with the waste paper!
The vacuum packaging is no longer intact, what now?
We ensure that everything is properly vacuum shipped. It has no influence on the quality if a package leaks. We recommend wrapping it in cling film if you want to keep it for a longer period of time. Please note that meat juices may leak out.
